B & M Business Machines Ltd is a long established company having been in business for more than 40 years. The proprietor, Charles Meadows, has worked in the trade since 1964 first starting out as a mechanic repairing typewriters and the old mechanical ‘press down’ cash registers. We have been in our current premises since 1968 where we employ 6 people who collectively have 157 years of knowledge in this industry.

Since their emergence into the UK market around 30 years ago we were appointed main distributers for CASIO Electronics and today we are pleased to enjoy their elite Preferred Partner status. Regular training on new models from CASIO confirms our own goals of product & programming knowledge ensuring that our customers get the best from their equipment and have confidence in their dealer should any problems occur.

Trading for over 40 years has allowed us to diversify and we now have four main divisions, Cash Registers and EPOS Systems, CCTV, Scales and Weighing Machines and Shop Equipment. Each of these areas is supported by a specialist member of staff backed by the team who share a general knowledge of all products. We also supply sundries from stock such as inked ribbons and rollers, till rolls, keys and ‘wet covers’ etc. Our large showroom is open to all to choose and compare models or to have a ‘hands on’ demonstration supported by good old fashioned service.

Amongst our staff is a team of dedicated engineers who are fully trained by the manufacturers on the repair and installation of the complete range of Cash Registers, EPOS systems and CCTV installations.
