We have our own in house Service Department with experienced Technicians who carry out repairs on most makes and models at competitive rates. Repairs are usually carried out on site but in the event that workshop attention is required, a loan machine is left with you, at no extra charge, until your machine is repaired and returned to site.

Service Contracts

When the warranty expires on your new machine why not extend the guarantee under our popular annual service contract? For an annual fee all repair costs, parts, labour & travel charges are covered so no unexpected bills. You only pay for consumables such as Till rolls, ribbons wetcovers etc:

Programming

If you don't feel confident with programming we also offer programming only contracts with telephone support for the more technical touch screens and hospitality terminals. Further details are available from our Service Manager Richard Dixey on 01206 576872.

We also design and print keyboard sheet layouts and will program your machine accordingly. If yours is a touch screen EPOS terminal requiring a complete change of program have it done properly, ring 01206 576872 now.

Training
